I have an intermittent problem. . .

You have 4 choices:

1. Check the basics, fuel filter, cap, rotor, wires, plugs. Scope it and scan it looking for signs that will lead you in the right direction. Talk to a technician and see if they will guide you on what to look for the next time it happens.
2. Wait until it gets worse and easier to find (my favorite).
3. Begin replacing parts (also called guessing with your money).
4. Trade it in or give it to your mother-in-law (my second favorite).
